In 2022, Perth Mint veteran designer Ing Ing Jong is responsible for the imagery found on the reverse side of the 2022 Australian Koalas. Obverse
Queen Elizabeth II features on the obverse side of 2022 Australian Koala Silver Coins. This image was developed in July 2015 by Jody Clark to serve as the fifth-generation portrait for coins from the Royal Mint of England. In 2018, it was slowly adopted on Australian coins as the sixth-generation Australian effigy. It shows the Queen in right-profile relief at the age of 89 with the George IV State Diadem Crown on her head. The field comes with inscriptions of ELIZABETH II, AUSTRALIA, and 30 DOLLARS.
Reverse
A koala is shown lounging in the canopy of a gum tree in the reverse design of 2022 Australian Koala 1 Kilo Silver Coins. This design comes from Ing Ing Jong and shows the sleepy koala lying on a branch with its arms and legs dangling down around the branch. This field of the coin has inscriptions of 2022 1 KILO 9999 SILVER, the P mint mark from the Perth Mint, and KOALA.
History
Ing Ing Jong has worked with the Perth Mint since 2011. Her first major contributions came in the Lunar Series II collection in 2013. The majority, though not all, of her coin designs to date have been in the Lunar Series II and Lunar Series III programs.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
