In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. This was my first 100 oz bar and I was impressed with the way the weight felt when I held it. It has a couple scratches on it, but I bought it for the silver weight. It looks and feels cool. What is it with those Canadians? They sure make some nice coins and bars. This bar is very simple and clean. Understated elegance is what I would use to describe it. Only thing is if you are buying a 100oz bar I do expect it to be wrapped in plastic of some sort – I mean there are bargain basement 10 oz bars wrapped up tight – oh well its a minor detail. Provident process was flawless – none better.

For a brand new bar this did show quite a bit of scratching on the front and the ROYAL CANADIAN LOGO on top is a bit faded in places–the back does look good. I wish someone would package these in the plastic like they do the 10 ounce NTR bars and it would probably help with this. I do think looks are somewhat important with a new bar of this nature especially when it comes asking price. At any rate it is nice and hefty and quite a chunk of silver. I have placed over 15 orders with Provident and this is the only one that I have been slightly disappointed with. I am ordering one of the 100 silver NTR bars next for variety and comparison.
