The obverse features the creature’s serpentine form in mid-pounce as it finally clutches the long-pursued pearl of prosperity. The Great Wall of China is depicted in the background.
The reverse depicts the powerful reptilian eye of the dragon. Its piercing gaze is surrounded by the inscriptions “World of Dragons” along with the metal content, weight, and purity.

Once again, the detail is incredible. You can make out the individual blocks in the Great Wall of China behind the dragon. The dragon is much closer to you (Than the Welsh) in this engraving, giving a more "in-your-face" feel to it. You can almost hear it's claws scraping across the pearl clutched in its talons. Unlike the other 5 coins, this does not have "The Chinese" inscribed anywhere on the round."

This dragon has a regal look about it. When you look into his eyes he seems to be peering right into your very soul. It is confident in his strength as he protects his pearl prize. This is a beautiful, realistic coin. I will be looking forward to the next release both in silver and copper. I think these copper coins are growing on me. They are dramatic."
