I ordered two Franklin Half Dollars and was not disappointed: got a 1960 Denver and a 1951 San Francisco. Both well-circulated but still in good condition. Valuable pieces of history!

Both were in decent circulated condition with very readable dates in the 50s and 60s. One had a bit of discoloration. Got what I ordered, and was pleased to be able to order old silver coins in $1 FV quantities.
Shipping was very fast. Wish I could pay by e-check, but pleased with my order, $9 FV in various denominations of silver coins.

Good price and quality. Very happy with the quality of coins. date ranges from 1955-1963 on a $5 order.

Ordered an assortment of dimes, quaters, all three types of half dollars. I was surprised to fine several coins AU or close. Every coin had a readible date. Mercury dimes were more worn that the rest but in good condition. I will be buying more coins soon from Provident.

Ordered my $1 face value Franklins. Both of the coins I got were 1963-D, exactly as pictured and in pretty much the same condition as the pictured coin as well. So I guess I can’t really complain. Though it would have been nice to have gotten older dates or at least two coins with different dates…just sayin’. Other than that they are nice coins.

Received 52 each US Franklin Halves. Got a price notification via email and decided to try these. First Ben’s I’ve ever owned. Love them too. Nice clean coins with good details and legible dates. Very happy. If they drop down there in price again I’ll be a buyer.

I ordered $10 face at $0.29 over spot. I received dates in the 40?s, 50?s, and 60?s. Not one was excessively worn or damaged. A few looked like they had been cleaned. Great deal for junk/barter silver. Very pleased with this transaction.

The coins are very nice for being rated “average/ circulated”. Some do show wear, some have some tarnish, and some would definately be rated well above average. All in all a good value. Buy with confidence from this seller. I used to purchase locally, and from a few other internet dealers, but lately I have been dealing exclusively with Provident.

Been buying these for a while now and have found them to be way better than average. Like them because most have little wear and therefore have good silver content. Unlike bullion coins there are only so many of these around and I feel they will only incerase in value over time

Being born in 53, there was a good selection of half dollars, little worn up to 63. If only I knew, I would have kept a few as I went through the 70’s, as I was living in my car.

But in the way back machine who knew people older than I had the foresight to save them. I went for the franklins because they are less worn and they are, paid a premium, but hopefully they will be worth 15 to 20 times their face in the future

Coins were dated in order, and that tells me someone took the time to pick them out. Coins are just as described-in circulation condition. Cant imagine anyone complaining about that. But I’m satisfied, thanks PM.

I am not a coin collector, I just want to diversify my hoard a bit, but these coins obviously spend more time in somebody’s piggy bank than they did in circulation. One has got to be AU, the rest have little or no wear. Am waiting for my first order of walking liberty halves, which will doubtless have seen more use.

Bought a handful with my last Bullion order. A Proof Coin with a nice bell line was a surprise. The rest were a mixture of dates, and were in better condition than expected. Can’t wait to order more!

I bought 100 for a total of 200 halfs. One true cull that was unrecognizable. Found one kennndy in the lot. About 10 AU coins. Some coins would grade fine. Most will grade Good lots of handling. Will go
With bullion next time. Did get a nice Assortment of dates got Everything but a 1955.

I ordered $10.00 worth of these Franklin Halves. There was a decent mix of dates, a few had mint marks.
1 – 48, 2 – 49, 1 – 50, 1 – 51, 1 – 52, 2 – 54, 2 – 57, 1 – 58, 1 – 59, 3 – 61, 2 – 62 and 3 – 63.
The coins were pretty close to the sample shown, with a couple a little better.
I bought these for the Silver. I would order again.

I love franklins they look good in any collection, for some reason I love these far more than the Kennedy, this order I received 2 franklins and both were from 1951, some wear and tear but look good because franklins are always beautiful, well worth purchasing, they looked so good the ones I recieved I ordered 4 more and will keep ordering until they run out again

Im a small stacker which is one reason I purchased this. The ability to buy small quantity’s. And right now for September I really like the shipping charge of $4.95!
Overall Im pleased with the coins. I did not get any really bright and shinny coins. But I also did not get any really worn or damaged coins either. Dates, writing ect are clearly legible. I like these and I hope to make another purchase this month before the shipping special runs out. Better yet, Provident….keep the shipping special!!

If you are not a fan of Benjamin Franklin, don’t buy these as they have a big picture of him on the front. But if you want some 90% silver coins, these are a good value. Shipping was reasonably fast and the condition of my lot were fair.

I ordered 200 of these little beauties a few months back, mainly because I think Benjamin Franklin was one of our greatest American founders. Dates and quality range significantly but most are in surprisingly good condition. The shipping time was excessive (nearly 4 weeks) and the package was left exposed outside in the rain. I’d never imagined the delivery company would actually leave valuable Silver outside for anyone to steal, but whatever. Recently I decided to wash some of the badly tarnished coins in boiling water, baking powder and aluminum foil. It takes only 15 minutes and now they all look nearly Brilliant – as if they were just minted yesterday! Seems foolish to pay higher prices for “less circulated” coinage, just wash them if you want that shine. Another observation, the silver value is only about $8 per coin at today’s prices. Why Provident chooses to charge $3 over spot to loyal customers is beyond me. Although I’m overall I’m pleased with my purchase I’ll wait for less greedy pricing before considering another purchase.

I ordered a 200 coin bag of these Franklin halves. I used the paper check method of payment. From ordering to delivery of the coins took 18 days which was what I expected from reading the info on the website. The coins ranged from nearly BU to one coin that had been beaten with a hammer and chisel. The coins weighed in at a little over the promised 71.5 troy ounces of silver over my scale. Provident did a great job in meeting my expectations throughout this transaction. I will be ordering from them again.

I picked up a couple of these and one was in average circulated condition but the other was a cull quality that looks like it was run over by a lawnmower. I’m over all happy with service and quality of other items but expected a little more of these in terms of condition.

At least two were beautiful, unbelievable really. They all have the solid feel and clink that I remember as a kid. Not like todays real junk. I bought $10 face. All were worn with one or two having moderate to heavy wear, and one with light wear, and one had a small dent on the side. In all it was worth the price paid. Reasonably quick shipping (about 1 week). Will buy from them again.

The coins arrived quickly via USPS, and most were in great condition. Some were even quite “new”, like straight from the mint. I am investing for the silver and not for my collection, so condition is not important. Definitely will buy more of these coins.

As in previous orders from Provident, the coins arrived in nice condition and are a decent value. They arrived via USPS in a timely manner. About 10% of them are a beautiful, mirror-like finish and appear to have been taken from mint sets!! WOW!!

Only one small complaint: this is the first time that a bag of 200 coins was taped up with lots of fiberglass strapping tape [to stop rattles I guess], making it necessary for me to actually cut the bag to get at the coins for inspection. I would pay a bit extra for them to be shipped in 10 tubes or similar…if that were an option! I will order in the future.

Buying for the amount of silver that is in the coin is worth it. They are also very nice looking coins. Few scratches but nothing to bad. These coins are cheap for what they are selling them for.

I placed an order for $14 face value of US Franklin Halves and $14 of mixed silver coins. I paid via Paypal linked to my checking account. My order went in around midnight…..by 8 am I received confirmation that my order was shipped. WOW! The coins were placed in a plastic bag, taped, packed in a brown envelope, covered with shipping peanuts…in a USPS flat rate shipping box that I had to sign for when it arrived. The Franklin Halves came as pictured on the web site. The $14 face value mixed coins were all dimes…..with the dates visible. I am impressed at how quickly they delivered my order.
