Designs
On the obverse of each 90% Silver Roosevelt Dime, you’ll find a left-profile bust of President Roosevelt, created by John Sinnock in 1946. The reverse features a central torch flanked by an olive branch and an oak branch. The obverse has inscriptions of LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date of issue, while the reverse features inscriptions of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, and ONE DIME.
History
The decision to redesign the dime in Roosevelt’s honor by the US Mint reflected his remarkable legacy, particularly his efforts with the March of Dimes. With the Mercury Dime in circulation for over 25 years, replacing it without congressional approval was a symbolic gesture.

These 90% Silver Roosevelt Dimes come in their original bank rolls, each containing 50 dimes with a total face value of $5. All dimes are made of 90% Silver and 10% copper, arriving in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The years of issue on the dimes may vary or match, as we cannot guarantee a roll with consistent years.
