This left-profile image of Charles III was designed by Jody Clark, the same artist who created the last effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. Charles III is shown without a crown. Reverse
On the reverse of the 2024 1 oz Silver SpongeBob SquarePants 25th Anniversary Coin, Jennifer McKenna perfectly captures SpongeBobs joyful character. The design shows SpongeBob with a big smile, surrounded by jellyfish and bubbles in the water. The 25th-anniversary emblem is also included. The inscriptions include 2024 VIACOM INTERNATIONAL INC. and SPONGEBOB 25.
History
Tom Kenny, who voices SpongeBob, was cast early in the development process. Hillenburg had worked with Kenny on the animated series “Rocko’s Modern Life” and was impressed by his talent. Other key voice actors include Bill Fagerbakke (Patrick Star), Rodger Bumpass (Squidward Tentacles), and Clancy Brown (Mr. Krabs).
