History
In 2017, the Czech Mint produced its first Czech Lion coin. Since then, a new Czech Lion has been released every year, each one with its own unique design. For the gold edition, the mint releases the design in weights ranging from 1/25 oz to 1 kilo. The Czech Lion is also available in silver. With their iconic lion imagery, these coins are considered the Czech Mints version of bullion programs like the Austrian Philharmonic, British Britannia, and American Eagle.
