Obverse
The obverse of 2022-W Proof American Eagle Silver Coins comes with the famous Walking Liberty design. Created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman, it was originally on the US half dollar until 1947. Inscriptions here include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and 2022.
Reverse
On the reverse side of the 2022-W Proof Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin is a depiction of the American bald eagle. Designed in 2020 by Emily Damstra, it shows the eagle in flight with flexed wings and an oak branch in its talons. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and 1 OZ. FINE SILVER.

Proof American Eagle Silver Coins now feature an American bald eagle reverse design from Emily Damstra. Introduced in mid-2021, the 2022 release is only the second version of the coin with this design.
