On the obverse side of 2022 Proof Australian Lunar Tiger Opal Silver Coins is an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is shown here in right-profile relief in a 2015 design from Jody Clark. Originally designed for the Royal Mint of England, this image came to Australian coins in 2018. It is the sixth-generation portrait of the Queen for Australian coins and shows Her Majesty at the age of 89 wearing the George IV State Diadem. The Opal Tiger release is the latest Proof Opal Silver Coin in the Lunar Series III program. Each one features an authentic Australian opal in the shape of the animal appearing in the Zodiac in a given year. This years design includes a border of cineraia flowers, a flower that is considered lucky for those born in the Year of the Tiger.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
