In 2021, the US Mint celebrated the centennial of the 1921 Morgan Dollar with the release of five silver bullion coins. 1921 was the final year in which the US Mint issued the Morgan Dollar design before switching to the Peace Dollar. Obverse
In the obverse field of 2021 Morgan Dollar Silver Coins is the left-profile portrait of Liberty. This depiction of Lady Liberty shows her head in left-profile relief with a Phrygian cap on the back of her head and both the laurel wreath and coronet crown at the top of her head. The coronet has an inscription of LIBERTY. The inscriptions on this side of the coin also include E PLURIBUS UNUM and 2021.
Reverse
For the reverse design of 2021 Morgan Dollar Silver Coins, the US Mint features the heraldic eagle from George T. Morgan. This design was created for this series and features the bald eagle with its wings spread as its head looks to the left field of the coin and the olive branch in its talon. The other talon holds the arrows of war. There is an oak-and-laurel wreath below the eagle with inscriptions throughout the field of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR.

The Philadelphia Mint issued these commemorative 2021 silver bullion coins without a mint mark, just as it did from 1878 to 1904 and in 1921 when producing original Morgan Dollars.
