Like all of the coins in the EC8 program, 2021 EC8 St. Kitts and Nevis 1 oz Silver Coin is struck in 99.9% fine silver and is delivered to you in BU condition. The coins are individually sealed in plastic, offered in skinboards of 5 coins or in boxes of 125 coins.
Obverse
The obverse displays the famous effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. This portrait was designed in 1998 by Ian Rank-Broadley and created for the Royal Mint of England. The profile of Her Majesty is used heavily on other coins of the Commonwealth, including those for Australia, New Zealand, and Britain.
Reverse
On the reverse, you will be treated to a haunting image of a sunken ship deep in the waters of St. Kitts and Nevis. There are dozens of shipwreck sites around the area and the coin desires to highlight the beauty of their waters and the rich naval history it holds deep below its surface.

The iconic EC8 program highlights eight of the most famous and well-visited island nations found in the realm of the Eastern Caribbean sea. They include beautiful Grenada, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, St. Lucia, Montserrat, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and of course St. Kitts and Nevis. All of them are the founding members of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States with the single exception of Anguilla which was not there to begin the prestigious union.
