The American Eagle Gold Coins come from the United States Mint in four weights each year. Options available in the collection include 1 oz, 1/2 oz, 1/4 oz, and 1/10 oz gold in both Brilliant Uncirculated and Proof versions, with an additional 1 oz gold coin available in the Burnished version of the coin.

Obverse
Lady Liberty is featured in front-facing relief on the obverse of the 2021 American Eagle Gold Coins. The image of Liberty featured here includes a large torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left hand. A ring of 50 stars encircles the design element with rays of sunshine emerging from behind the figure of Liberty. The inscriptions on this side of the coin include Liberty and 2021.
Reverse
A family of American bald eagles is found in the reverse design of 2021 American Eagle 1 oz Gold Coins. This design is exclusive to the American Eagle Gold Series and was developed in 1986 by Miley Busiek. It shows a male eagle flying over the nest as a female eagle guards over a hatchling in the nest. Inscriptions on this face of the coin read United States of America, E Pluribus Unum, In God We Trust, and 1 oz Fine Gold 50 Dollars.
History
The 2021 American Eagle release is the 35th anniversary for the series and the US Mint plans to release new reverse images of the bald eagle on both the gold and silver versions of the coin. With those new designs not ready and 2021 American Eagle Gold Coins scheduled for production, the US Mint will continue into the first half of 2021 with the existing designs before changing reverse images in July.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
