The heraldic eagle features a front-facing bald eagle with the US national shield on its chest, the arrows of war in one talon, and an olive branch of peace in the other. History

The inclusion of the V75 privy mark on the obverse honors the 75th anniversary of World War IIs conclusion. The privy mark has V75 inscribed inside a shape based on the Rainbow Pool, a reflecting pool in Washington D.C. around which the federal government erected its World War II Memorial.
