History
Proof American Eagle Silver Coins dropped in demand in 2017. After selling 651,467 coins in 2016 for the 30th anniversary, demand dropped by more than 250,000 coins in 2017. However, this was part of a broader drop in demand dating back to 2014 when 944,757 coins were sold in the proof series.
