Thirteen stars are arranged in a tight, triangular cluster above the birds head. Inscriptions read United States of America, 1 oz Fine Silver One Dollar. There is also a W mint mark on this side.

History

The 1995 date mark was celebrated as the 10^th anniversary of the American Eagle Silver Coin. The US Mint sold 438,511 of the 1995-P Proof American Eagle Silver Coins that year, but produced and sold a set figure of just 30,125 of these 1995-W Proof American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins, making it the single lowest-minted coin in the history of the series.
