Other silver dollars in US history include the US Trade Dollar. In 1873, the US Mint began producing the Trade dollar, primarily for use in trade with Asia. These coins were legal tender in the United States, but their primary purpose was to compete with similar coins from other countries in the Asian market.

Encased in plastic flips upon arrival, these 1927 Peace Dollar Silver Coins are offered in About Uncirculated condition. Known as AU coins, they generally rank between 50 and 58 on the Sheldon Numeric Scale. Featuring minimal to trace friction on the highest points, they display a medium to near-full mint luster.
