Obverse

The obverse of 1883-CC Morgan Dollar Silver Coins comes with an effigy of Liberty. This left-profile bust shows Liberty with a Phrygian cap on her head, as well as the laurel wreath and coronet crown in her hair. There are 13 stars on the design field, with six on one side and seven on the other side of the portrait of Liberty. E PLURIBUS UNUM is inscribed above the portrait, LIBERTY on the coronet crown, and the date mark 1883 at the bottom.

Reverse

On the reverse side of the 1883-CC Morgan Dollar Coin is an image of the American bald eagle. This design is known as the heraldic eagle and shows the front-facing eagle with the arrows of war and the olive branch of peace in its talons. The design includes an oak-and-laurel wreath around the eagle. There are inscriptions of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE DOLLAR around the design, with a CC mint mark shown beneath the center of the wreath.
