This is my favorite 10 ounce bar. RCM is producing some of the finest silver in the world as far as I know. They do cost a bit more than some but I feel its worth it.

There’s nothing negative I can say about this bar, it is beautiful. It has everything you want. I want more.

Maybe they can work on the plastic sleeve it comes in, as it was kind of scuffed up (so I have to dock it a star), but the bar is perfect.

After seeing this, I wouldn’t buy any other 10 oz. bar.

This bar is clean and very Profesional looking and has a nice heft to it. Will be using it as my main 10oz bar investment.

I ordered 3 of the 10oz RCM bars. The bars arrived in great shape, the plastic encasing however arrived damaged on all 3 bars. They seems to have been cut. I honestly do not care about the plastic as long as the bars arrived in good shape.

Very professional high quality bar. The only reason I don’t rate it a 5 is that I’m 20 miles away from Provident and it was shipped on Thurs. and it took until the following Wed. to arrive (has happened before so don’t blame the shipper), and the flimsy plastic cover could be much better quality.

In my opinion this is the best 10 ounce bar on the market for several reasons. One, it has a silver purity of .9999% instead of the usual .999% Not a big deal? If the day comes where you decide to sell these you’ll have an advantage. Two, these bars are made by a sovereign mint vs a private producer. Three, they each have an individual serial number. They can be traced AND they can be registered if you decide to store bullion in a private facility instead of your home or in a bank deposit box. Meaning you are assured of receiving your bars back. And finally, these bars are significantly cheaper than a US bar of lower purity. Whenever the spot price goes below my last purchase I buy these even if I only buy a few.

Listen, any bar can be counterfeited. Don’t kid yourself. What’s nice about this bar is that it is harder than most to do so, and has a serial number. My silver disappearing from my house is a greater concern than holding a counterfeit bar, and that number is indelible on this bar (unlike the Geigers where it is on a sticker), giving at least a chance it could be traced and recovered. I don’t buy many bars, but I love this one.

Truth be told I buy the cheapest bars I can get, but the other week after a silver rush this happened to be it. I’m gonna go back to my GSM as soon as I can but I’m glad I have one of these in my collection.

Just received my first 10 oz RCM bar and it is without question the highest quality 10 oz bar I have owned. The reeded edge is fantastic looking along with the striations in the “bullion finiish” on both sides. Throw in the serial numbers and you now have the toughest bar anywhere to counterfeit. This bar is the only 10 oz bar I will purchase from here on!!!

Provident has treated me right every time. Beautiful bar came in a plastic sleeve in great condition. I cut this beauty out that plastic and held it, what a great feeling bar. She didn’t deserve to be wrapped up like that!! Keep this cheap silver coming.

I bought 26 of these. All were in serial number order. In great condition when it arrived. Took a few days longer for processing than a competitor, but the price was better at Provident, so that’s what matters. Packaged very well. Looks like they packed it in an RCM 10oz bar monster box for me, which was a bonus. Thanks Provident!

These are my favorite bars, I mean how can you go wrong, it is the finest silver available. I read many of the reviews, and I never had any issues with the packaging, always intact and bar looked great. Maybe I have been lucky. Just ordered some more!

The RCM bars has very nice design. However the plastic sleeves came with the bar were all torned around the edge of the bar. Most bars also came with edges dinged. One has smear marks. I am a little disappointed by that. Overall, good value!

Bar came in a flemsy plastic wrapping for such a premium bar. Other than that I love it. Will be buying more.

RCM is my favorite mint, I absolutely love the quality and the beauty of their bars and rounds. The premium on these were so reasonably priced which was also a huge plus. Luckily I snagged two before they became out of stock! As with the bars themselves, gorgeous is one of many ways to describe it. Zero nicks or gnarled edges. These seem to be in perfect condition. As with the heavy plastic wrapper, I must be lucky because mine had no holes or tears in it. I will still be sealing this in another plastic bag or something to protect it because I am sure it is not airtight (not just RCM but any plastic wrap from any mint). If these come back in stock, I highly recommend them for the quality and the extra bit of silver purity.

First order with Provident–Pricing and shipping great, took bit longer than I wanted to arrive. This bar is impressive–its not chunky, but flat and broad, real handful. The vinyl wrapping was chewed up but think that was issue with RCM and not Provident asthey shipped it packed tight in bubble envelope inside bubble mailer. I may buy another, and will consider Provident again.

Feeding off the review below I too was surprised to find the higher premium RCM bar was in a cheap thin plastic. Possibly the reeded edge was to blame,mine also was dinged all around the edges. Having ordered three different 10 oz. bars prior, the Normal Provident, Year of the Horse and OPM I grew accustom to the very thick plastic that all those bars were delivered in. I was surprised when I ordered a higher premium bar that it was a very thin plastic that was all chewed up, possibly from the design of the edge. There was no visible damage but I now have to order air tites for these bars to protect my investment. Provident is unbeatable on price and their process is second to none.

This is my favorite silver I’ve ever bought. Going to buy these every month.

If this is the first time you have seen these, check out the online videos and really digest how great these bars are. I have looked everywhere and Provident has the best price on these! That’s great, because for some reason, I feel more confident ordering here. I wish that everybody would just keep buying these so that RCM never wants to stop production. I mean, just look at that luscious bullion finish! :)

Right behind Silver Maples and Silver Eagles, these newly minted RCM 10ozt bars became an instant favorite with me. They have that beautiful bullion finish, they include security features like reeded edges and numbering, and each bar comes in a protective plastic sleeve.

Because they’re only 10oz, and their .9999 purity is backed by the reputation of the Royal Canadian Mint, and they are at a low premium over spot, and they’re numbered, there should be zero problems liquidating these when the time is right! Happy stacking!

I love stacking anything for RCM. Bars have serial numbers and wrapped in medium mil plastic. .9999 silver is nice and these are of a size and spot premium which could be liquidated with ease. Couple of bucks more than the Provident and OPM bars but numbered and minted by a bank. Whats not to like? Provident shipping was fast and easy.

Wrapped in plastic with no visible scratches. Nice bar with a good heft. It’s nice to see RCM putting out a more consumer friendly bar. Will get more in the future and maybe a 100oz as well. Provident also sent me a couple extras.
