The Silver Reflect Round is the eighth of nine issues in the Through That Door Series from the North American Mint and Chautauqua Silver Works. Designed by Chautauqua and struck by the North American Mint, the designs come with edge-lettered serial numbers and distinctive designs for each of the nine designs.

Obverse

For the obverse field of 1 oz Silver Reflect Rounds, the design field includes an arch of nine doors with the eighth door open to indicate this design is the eight in the overall series. Below the arch of doors is a handless clock that has all 12 hour marks noted with Roman numerals, but no means of knowing exactly what time it is. Throughout the background field, you will notice that there are various random dates floating around. Inscriptions around the design field include Reflect at the top and No. 8 at the bottom.

Reverse

In the reverse element, the 1 oz Silver Reflect Rounds offer a design that is used in all releases in the nine-round collection. The Chautauqua Silver Works logo includes a bullseye with Bullseye Ag 47 at the very center and One Ounce .999 Fine Silver in the immediate circle right outside the center. Around the outer edge of the design element are inscriptions of Chautauqua Silver Works at the top and One More Ounce – One Less Fetter at the bottom.

History

The Through That Door Series debuted in 2019 and has a total of seven releases already available ahead of the release of these Reflect Rounds. The first four issues in the series have sold out entirely, but you can still complete your collection with the fifth, sixth, and seventh designs while purchasing this eighth release to stay on track.

These 1 oz Silver Reflect Rounds are housed inside of individual protective plastic capsules with individual serial numbers etched on the edges of the silver rounds. The rounds have proof-like visuals that include frosted designs and mirrored fields.
