Robin Hood is depicted in the obverse design of 1 oz Silver Medieval Legends Robin Hood Rounds. This unique depiction outlaw of Sherwood Forest with an arrow at the ready drawn back in his bow. With his hood over his head and a dagger in a small sheath on his chest, he is ready for whatever fight is coming his way. There is an inscription on this face of the round that reads Robin Hood.


For the reverse design of Silver Medieval Legends Robin Hood Round, you will find a humble table setting within a Medieval Castle. The table is set facing a stained glass window in the humble room of a stone castle. Each relic on the table represents a different figure from the Medieval Legends Series, with Robin Hood’s bow and arrow evident in the design.


Robin Hoods story did not become well-known throughout England until the Late Middle Ages, near the end of the Medieval Period in the 1400s. The ballads of Robin Hood may have become widespread in the 15th century, but most versions of his story are set in the 12th century during the reign of King Richard I, more than 200 years earlier. It was said that Robin Hood lived in Sherwood Forest and, together with his band of Merry Men, would steal wealth from the rich, noble class to support the poor members of the kingdom.

Can I choose the method of shipping?

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.

Will I need to sign for my package?

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.

What about International Orders?

Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
